Elements Of Change Newsletters

Please note: The following files are in Adobe Acrobat read-only format. See Adobe Reader.

The Office of Research and Statistics distributes an occasional newsletter, Elements of Change, that highlights trends and issues in the criminal justice system such as alcohol and drug use, special correctional populations, crime prevention, sentencing patterns, and new laws.

Elements of Change is the easiest way to understand what the Office of Research and Statistics (ORS) is all about. The content of Elements of Change serves as an excellent reflection of the issues and projects that the Research Unit is working on at any given time.

The primary goal of the newsletter is to deliver research information in a concise manner so that everyone can take advantage of up-to-the-minute criminal justice information.
